The Sonos smart speakers are accessible through high-speed Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or Airplay, allowing you to stream your favourite songs while enjoying the views of The Shard. The delightfully furnished bedrooms offer luxurious king-size beds with hotel-quality linens for goodnight's sleep. The bathroom is complete with a power shower, bath, and complimentary toiletries for a refreshing experience. Rest assured that the apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your safety, ensuring a worry-free stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Access to the apartment is via the communal stairs or the option of 2 lifts; step-free access to the property is always available if needed. Other things to note Please note this is a primary residence and therefore there are belonging of the owner in the home. Please note the curtains in the m(hidden)edroom are just for decoration and do not close fully. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
