Emsworth provides a good selection of local shops with a number of pubs, bars and restaurants. Emsworth Harbour is ideal for dinghy sailing but also provides deep water yacht moorings, two sailing clubs and a marina. Despite its idyllic setting Emsworth is easily accessible with good road links and a rail station which links to the mainline at Havant which provides mainline services to London Waterloo in about 1 hour 20 mins. The city of Portsmouth is only 11 miles away. The cathedral city of Chichester is 10 miles to the east, home to the internationally renowned Festival Theatre and Pallant House Gallery.
