The property briefly comprises: - Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe - Bathroom with electric shower over bath - Kitchen with cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer Please note that there is NO parking available with this property, and that we are unable to allow pets or children to reside here. To qualify for this flat; applicants need to be earning a minimum household annual income of £22,080 and have satisfactory landlord and credit references. 1 month's rent is payable in advance. We will give you a breakdown of the initial rent monies that you need to pay in order to start your tenancy. Should your tenancy commence on or following the 15th of the month, you will be required to pay the remainder of that month in addition to the following month's rent. In order to remove the property from the market a holding fee of 1 week's rent (equal to £169.85) is payable and charged at the time of application. If your application is successful the holding fee will be used towards your first rental payment, subject to consent from all applicants, otherwise if consent is not given for this it will be refunded. If your application is unsuccessful the holding fee will be refunded within 7 days of the decision unless NCHA makes the decision to keep part or the entire holding fee for the following reasons: * Applicant withdraws their application before the 15 day 'deadline for agreement' * If the applicant fails to provide the necessary information for the application or right to rent check in a reasonable time or where the applicant has provided false or misleading information for the application A tenancy deposit will be required on the date you sign for your tenancy.
