Guest slippers are provided Please keep the common areas tidy and dispose of trash properly Clean up after using the kitchen and wash dishes Smoking areas are in the garden or front of the house Overnight guests are not permitted CHECKING OUT: Any cleaning needed beyond the standard cleaning may incur a £70.00 excess cleaning fee KEYS: Unreturned and/or lost house keys will be charged a £50 replacement fee
