This extremely spacious one-bedroom apartment is in a popular building just off from Birmingham's biggest pedestrian street and close to some of Birmingham's other top locations including the canal, the Sealife and Lego Discovery centres. This apartment is also ideally placed for visiting Birmingham's famous Christmas markets. Sleeping up to 3 guests, the bright, open-plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and chairs and a comfortable sofa (which converts to a sofa bed for one) for relaxing in front of the large smart TV with a glass of wine and Netflix. The stylish double bedroom also has a smart TV along with a wardrobe for storage, and the bathroom features a bath/shower. Netflix & WIFI are included as standard making this an ideal stop for your weekend city break or business trip! All our apartments are spotlessly cleaned and disinfected by our professional cleaning teams after every stay! We charge VAT at a rate of 20% VAT for the first 28 days 4% thereafter.
