Whether you're travelling for business or leisure, our apartments are the perfect choice for your short or long stay in Birmingham. We charge VAT at a rate of 20% VAT for the first 28 days 4% thereafter. The rental price mentioned is exclusive of VAT. For short stays of less than 90 nights, there is an additional £19 cost per night. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
