The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes away from some of the busiest streets in the city. Whether you travel by car or public transport, you can enjoy being in the proximity of Brindley Place, The Jewellery Quarter, and Victoria Square which are less than 15 minutes away by car. You will also be within walking distance from Birmingham's Canal Side, home to the most sought-after cafes, bars, and restaurants. With a modern design that can cater to both long and short-term stays, the apartment comes fully furnished to the highest standards with a comfortable one-bedroom setting. The living room is also equipped with a 50" Smart TV on which you can enjoy your favorite movies and series on our complimentary Netflix account. Additionally, we use hotel-quality linen, provide high-speed WiFi, toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances for your convenience. Please note that the building is having construction but this doesn't affect the apartment itself. Other things to note: All guests must provide proof of Identification i.e. passport, or driver's license. All guests must respect our community guidelines: No Parties/Gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests No Smoking No extra guests Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down after 10 pm. Check-out is strictly 11 am, a charge will be applied for any unauthorized late checkouts. You are responsible for any damages caused during your stay by not following house rules. You are also responsible if the damages cause any upcoming guest an inconvenience. You will be liable for any refunds given to any guests due to any negative experience caused by your damages.
