Located just between Solihull and Birmingham, this spacious house comes equipped with everything you need, including a pool table and a tennis table. A large living room with a corner sofa and a Smart 50" TV, already set up with a guest Netflix account, free of charge; a modern kitchen, where you can cook your meals, complimentary WiFi, bed linen and toiletries, all to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. There is off-street parking, if you arrive by car. By staying with us, you will have the entire home to yourself. Other things to note: All guests must provide proof of Identification i.e. passport, driver's licence. All guests must respect our community guidelines: -No Parties/Gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests - No Smoking - No extra guests Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down after 10 pm. Check-out is strictly 11 am, a charge will be applied for any unauthorised late checkouts. You are responsible for any damages caused during your stay by not following house rules.
