The flat also includes a dining table for four. The living area features a comfortable sofa and a TV for your use. Other Details: The flat is located on the 2nd floor, and there is no lift, requiring guests to climb two flights of stairs. The TV is not displayed in the pictures, but there is one in the flat. Please note there is no regular programming but some apps. Guests are welcome to check in any time after 3 pm, with a £30 late check-in fee applicable from 10 pm to 8 am. Extra cleaning and linen services are available upon request for an additional charge. Strict no-smoking policy; evidence of breach may result in a minimum £300 smoking fee. Parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests are not allowed.
