Previous noise concerns from neighbors upstairs have been resolved as they moved out in September 2023. Occasional noise from neighbors upstairs may still be present due to the construction of their home. Strict no-smoking policy; evidence of breach may result in a minimum £300 smoking fee. Parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests are not allowed. Violations may lead to stay cancellation (without refund), potential involvement of a security team for eviction, and associated costs deducted from the security deposit.
