Adjacent to the sleeping area, the kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, allowing you to prepare delicious homemade meals. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. To maintain a high standard of comfort, the studio undergoes regular professional cleaning. Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, conveniently located with a range of restaurants, bars, and shops in the surrounding area. Key pickup, situated 4 minutes away on foot, is part of the self-check-in process, and we provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in experience. A few important notes: This property operates on a self-check-in basis, requiring identity verification before check-in. Check-in is possible at any time of the day, respecting the standard check-in time (3 p.m.). A £50 fee applies for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more), with potential additional costs for lock replacement. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property, and evidence of breach may result in a minimum £300 smoking fee.
