Just 20-minutes away from Islington High Street! This lovely home is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You'll find that here, you'll be surrounded by plenty of shops and entertainment. The space Welcome to my home! Situated in Angel North London, the home is located by a busy street that offers a variety of local eateries and grocery stores (i.e. Sainsbury and Tesco Express). Ideal for small families with young children, or a small group of friends visiting London. The apartment is fully furnished in a scandi-inspired fashion with an open-play layout: guests will find a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer to conveniently keep things tidy. A large couch and widescreen TV (with built-in streaming services) in the lounge area, opening up to a small private balcony that overlooks the street right outside the building. There's is one master bedroom that has a queen-size bed and is equipped with a wardrobe to help keep your personal belonging safe and secure. The secondary room comes with a single bed and is ideal for children mainly. Both beds are lined in hotel-quality bedsheets and linens to ensure a good night's rest. Guests will find there's a bath/shower in the bathroom, with a small stool provided that can be used to assist young children (or can be improvised as a table). Conveniences such as fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided at no extra cost. Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your expected arrival. Enjoy! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Greater London, England, United Kingdom Angel is a lively shopping and entertainment hub, with cocktail bars, traditional pubs, and global eateries on Islington Green and Upper Street. Stalls in old-school Chapel Market sell fruit and vegetables, household goods, and clothes, while Camden Passage is home to antiques stores and indie boutiques. Angel Central shopping centre has mainstream fashion chains. Sadler's Wells Theatre is a renowned dance venue. Getting around - Canonbury Overground Station is 10-minutes away from the apartment by foot. - Private Hire, Black Cab and UBER are available at your convience - London Heathrow, City Airport and Stanstead are 60-90 minutes away from car.
