Sleeping up to 4 guests, it has been designed to cater to your every need to ensure a comfortable stay. The spacious, open-plan living area opens out onto a private balcony and has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and fridge/freezer, a dining table and chairs, as well as a comfy sofa and large smart TV. One of the two double bedrooms has an integrated wardrobe, and there is a separate bathroom with a bath/shower. There is a free car parking space available on the premises, and Netflix & WIFI are included as standard making this an ideal stop for your weekend city break or business trip! All our apartments are spotlessly cleaned and disinfected by our professional cleaning teams after every stay! We charge VAT at a rate of 20% VAT for the first 28 days 4% thereafter. The rental price mentioned is exclusive of VAT. For short stays of less than 90 nights, there is an additional £7 cost per night. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
